How our shipping process works
Here’s a simple overview of what happens after you place your order:

We process, prepare, and carefully pack your order.
Dispatch & tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
In-transit updates
During the handover between carriers, tracking may show statuses such as “In transit” for several days. This is normal and does not indicate a problem.
Final delivery
As soon as your local carrier has processed your parcel, delivery usually follows within the next few days.
Delivery issues, damage, and responsibility
In the event of unforeseen incidents during shipping (such as loss or damage), we will do our best to resolve the situation quickly and fairly.
However, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible if:

An incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer, resulting in unsuccessful delivery.
The recipient is not available and the parcel is left at the doorstep, in a mailbox, or at the delivery address, where it may be stolen or damaged due to weather, animals, or other factors.
If nobody is usually available at the delivery address and the area is not secure, we strongly recommend choosing delivery to a pickup point (if available in your location).

The item differs from what you purchased.
We will evaluate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.

Remote locations, peak seasons, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events may occasionally cause delays. These factors are outside of our control, but we work closely with our delivery partners to minimize any disruption.
