Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of luxelleparis.eu and any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screens and the handcrafted nature of our items. Many pieces are handmade, so small natural differences are part of their character, not defects.

Prices & payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Shipping

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and on our Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Returns and your EU right of withdrawal are described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
