We want you to love your Luxelle Paris piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Your right to return (EU)
Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Simply email us at info@luxelleparis.eu within 14 days of delivery, and return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
Condition of returned items
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, dust bags, tags and protective materials must be included.
- Items must show no signs of wear, scratches or odour.
How to return
- Email info@luxelleparis.eu with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We'll send you the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Would you like a different colour or model? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange where stock allows.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Made-to-order & personalised items
Hand-painted, custom and made-to-order pieces are produced especially for you. These may be exempt from the standard right of withdrawal unless faulty — please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
