Where do you ship?
We ship across the European Union and selected European countries. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are typically delivered within ~5 business days. Made-to-order and hand-painted pieces take longer — see the product page for details.
What are your bags made of?
Our pieces are handcrafted from genuine leather (such as Togo and calf leather), chosen for their soft feel, durability and luxurious texture.
What does "made to order" mean?
Some pieces are crafted especially for you after you order. This keeps each item fresh and unique — production time is noted on the product page.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely using the methods shown at checkout. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored by us.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link, and you can also track it via the "Track Your Order" link in our menu.
What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Do I pay customs or import fees?
Orders within the EU do not incur additional customs fees. For any non-EU destination, local duties may apply.
